On December 3, 2015, at the facilities of the Colombian Association for the Advancement of Science, in the city of Bogotá, Colombia, the Network's Constitution Assembly was held. In said Assembly, the members of the Board of Directors were appointed as well as the representatives of each of the regional nodes.
